If you grew up loving sour belts as a kid and love the taste of chamoy, these are for you. I spent months dialing in this recipe because I wanted these to taste like the sour belts we all grew up loving, with a chamoy finish that complements the flavor instead of overpowering it.

These are not heavily drenched in chamoy, so if you like your candy extra chamoy-coated and intense, these might not hit hard enough for you.
